Doug Borowicz is the healthiest looking sick guy I've ever known. It has to be the Polish in him. He's tough and never whines.
He's fighting Hodgkin's Lymphoma once again and is down at Mayo in Rochester. He is the guy you'd want in the foxhole with you or if you had to move a grand piano up two flights of stairs. He's got spunk!
Dougie B, as I call him, is on medical leave from Roseau High School where he teaches social studies.
He's less than a week away from a stem cell transplant and then watch out. He'll be even tougher.
