The Roseau Rams Cross Country team is off and running. The temperatures have been great and the runners are working hard. The team enjoyed a speed workout at Hayes Lake State Park during the second week of practice. The trails were nice and the morning was cool as the workout began. It was a good team-building workout day.

There are 44 boys and 11 girls out for cross country this year. Thanks to all the patient drivers around Roseau and the surrounding community for letting the CC runners cross the roads as a group! It is great to live in a small town-- that we have such...
