In response to the letter about the American Flag Half Staff Policy and its over use.

The letter submitted by me, Warren B. Johnson of Roseau was not published as written. Left out was my name and the following....

As a member of the Roseau Honor Guard we are frustrated with State American Flag Policy- regarding its display for deceased people. The article in question is an editoral in the Legion Paper of Aug 2019. We would like to see it published in the Roseau Paper.
