On Wednesday, shortly before the 11:30 a.m. kickoff at Halvorson Field, RHS Assistant Principal Kelsey Johnson watched as the students - grades five through twelve - filed into the stadium for the big game between the junior girls and the senior girls.

"The boys from each class coach the squads," she said. "We're just trying to give more kids the opportunity to participate and be a part of homecoming events."

The senior girls were getting pepped up on the south side of the field prior to the kickoff.
