Rep. Fabian on Minnesota Supreme Court's Line 3 Order

Representative Dan Fabian, R-Roseau, issued the following statement in response to Tuesday's Minnesota Supreme Court decision to deny requests to take up challenges to the Line 3 replacement project's Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
