Do you ever become disappointed with yourself? I had a teen confide in me one time that they have these "down times in their life." When this happens they become angry with themselves, but they can't seem to be able to do anything to prevent their behavior. Even when they "feel themselves slipping," they feel powerless to stop the slide. Can any of you relate? The apostle Paul could. We'll get to this later in the article.
