Varsity Tennis Team Prepares for Sections

The Rams Girls’ Tennis team brought the regular season to a close last week with a dual match against Thief River Falls and a pre-section individual tournament in East Grand Forks. The competition level was high and it should help the Roseau girls as they prepare for the Section 8A Tournament in Fargo.

In the dual hosted by Thief River Falls on Oct. 1st, the Rams tried a balanced lineup against the Prowlers. Thief River Falls is ranked #10 in Class A in Minnesota and is the favorite to win Section 8A, so the girls knew they would have tough matches at every position. That ranki...
