Rhena Elizabeth Vinet-Storo was born on October 3, 1968 in Roseau, to Andre and Roberta (Marino) Vinet. She grew up in Vassar and graduated from the Ross L. Gray School in Sprague, MB. She and Timothy A. Storo were married on October 7, 1994 at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Roseau. Rhena was a hard worker and has always taken pride in her work.
