When Rhena Storo died last weekend at age 51, the world lost a truly great citizen.

Whether you were a banker, a young school kid or a stumblebum, Rhena was always in your corner.

It's hard to top that.

Rhena seemed to adopt me one day, just by saying with a warm smile, "Hi, Bro," down by the Roseau School lunchroom. After that, she was my friend, which was a honor.

It was everyone's honor to have her as a friend.
