The Judge hearing the case in Roseau County District Court declined the Greenbush- Middle River School Districts request to dismiss the case. The hearing between the Middle River Annexation Property Owners Group and the GMR School District took place on August 27, 2019, and just 3 days later, Judge Donna Dixon declined to dismiss the case and is allowing the discovery phase, or gathering of information, to proceed.
