Roseau- Timothy Luverne Kofstad passed away on November 3, 2019, at the age of 59. He passed away peacefully with his wife Janell by his side at the LifeCare Medical Center in Roseau.

Tim was born on September 3, 1960 at the Budd Hospital in Roseau. He grew up with two brothers and graduated from Roseau High School in 1979. Right after high school Tim joined his parents in the family business, Kofstad Signs. Tim married Janell Beito on June 1, 1985. Together they raised 3 children: Jordan, Sarah Jessi, and Joshua.
