On Monday evening with one Roseau High School freshman in attendance, per Mr. Tyler Landman's Civics class semester project, Mayor Jeff Pelowski addressed the young lady, asking who had been her second grade teacher.

She answered, "Mrs. LaPlante."

Mr. Pelowski followed up with his second question, "Do you remember me speaking to your class?"
