Skip the stepladder if you need to reach just above eight feet. Kyle Erickson, a Roseau High School senior scholar and athlete, fits the bill at six-two.

He's top shelf, according to Acting Dean of Students Jeff Olson, who had taught the young lad in seventh grade science.

"Kyle is disciplined, involved in activities, leads by example, does all the right things, and is just who we want to represent Roseau High School students," said Mr. Olson. "He's a good kid and is good to people."

That's not just one educator's assessment.

Principal Ivan Hirst also touted Kyle's attributes.
