I hope everyone had a great Christmas with your family and friends. Ours was eventful as usual, but this holiday can go down in the books as a first for no E.R. trips or fires!

I would also would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Dr. Matt and Bethany. There are some people in the world that are kind beyond measure and I definitely give the award to this couple.

Leftover Turkey Casserole

4 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 cup leftover...
