Helping Commercial Businesses and Homeowners with Financial needs

The City of Roseau has been invited by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development to submit an application for grant funding through the Small Cities Development Program to help commercial businesses and homeowners with financing needs for building rehabilitation. As part of the grant application process the City needs to be able to demonstrate that sufficient local interest exists in participating in the grant program.
