At LifeCare Medical Center in Roseau, it was an extended wait for the first birth in 2020 at the only hospital in Roseau County.

Finally, on Monday, January 6, Isaiah Judah Walker came charging into this world at 3:03 p.m., a healthy baby boy with good size, and he has bragging rights as the biggest baby by weight over his three older siblings.

The proud parents are Darrin and Christina (Chrissie) Walker of rural Warroad.

Mr. Walker, a cattleman and factory worker, was still exuberant hours after the birth of Roseau County's youngest celebrity.
