Ben Olson is runner-up at TRF Tourney

At the Army National Guard Prowler Invite at the Ralph Englestad Arena in Thief River Falls last Saturday, Ben Olson scored 18 team points while competing at 160 pounds.

In the quarterfinals, he pinned Bertha-Hewitt's Mason Schroeder at the 56 second mark of the 1st period.

Next, in the semis, the Ram junior defeated Red Lake County Central's tough Damon Ferguson, sporting a 22 and 5 record, on a 7-2 decision.

Next, in the finals, TRF's Cole Johnson slammed the door on Ben's title hopes when he pinned him early in the 2nd period.
