Tyson and Cassie Lovejoy, Warroad are Roseau County's representatives in the Red River Valley Emerging Leadership Program. Alumni of the program from the county nominated them to take part in the program because of their involvement in their community.

Tyson operates an approximately 3,000 acre grain farm with his dad and one hired man. They grow wheat, soybeans and rye grass, and occasionally rotate in other crops.
