Bismarck, N.D. -Patricia (Patty) Kramer died February 20, 2020.  Patty was born at home to Glen and Mary (Hardebeck) Walrath June 15, 1942 in Raymond, the third of ten children.  When Patty was 7, her parents moved to a farm west of Roseau.  She attended Roseau schools, graduating in 1960.
