4-H Retreat Builds Leadership And Civic Engagement Skills In Local Young People.

Minnesota 4-H held the NW BLU leadership retreat on February 8-9 at the Castaway Club in Detroit Lakes for over 130 youth from across our region and the state, including 6 youth participants, 2 State Ambassadors, 2 chaperones and staff from Roseau County 4-H.

BLU – Building Leadership and Understanding – is an annual leadership retreat offered regionally across Minnesota.
