On Tuesday morning, I texted a very good friend, Aaron Rose, who was born on St. Patrick's Day right here in Roseau exactly 42 years ago.

"You'll remember this birthday. Even the bars are closed! Luckily, the liquor store is still open."

If I were a bookie, I'd be crying right now. How's a guy going to make some easy money if there isn't even a game to bet on?
