City Spring Flood Outlook

After a very wet fall and a snowy winter there are concerns across the Red River Valley about the flood potential for this coming spring. While there is always a chance of an extreme weather event, such as what occurred in Roseau in September of last year, or frozen or plugged storm water outlets causing localized flooding; the chances of river flooding in the City of Roseau is extremely low due to the East Diversion Flood Control Project
