"Roseau County does indeed have a confirmed case of COVID-19," said Sue Grafstrom, the Roseau County Emergency Management Director.

"This particular emergency response is a joint command between myself and Julie Pahlen of LifeCare Public Health," she said on Monday afternoon following their third meeting via WebEx.
