Roseau -Joyce Carol Woidtke passed away on April 6, 2020 at the LifeCare Medical Center at the age of 86.

Joyce was born on August 7, 1933 in Beltrami, to Hilmer and Viola (Ingvalson) Allen. She attended grade school in Beltrami and graduated from Fertile-Beltrami High School. Joyce graduated from Moorhead State University with an elementary education teaching degree and taught in the elementary school in Roseau for 21 years.
