On my mind this week is how I am no longer going to take the 'little things' for granted anymore and how much I miss the 'normal' we used to have in our lives.

This may sound dumb to a lot of people, but for those of you who know me, you know I always get my nails done. This actually started with my late sister-in-law Dyan. She convinced me that getting our nails done would be our little 'girl time'.

I went along with it and after she passed away I have continued getting my nails done and not a time goes by when I'm doing it that I don't think of Dyan.
