Friends of Steve Fisher have been exceedingly busy adorning the City of Warroad with yards of yellow ribbon in a joyous celebration of Steve's return. After battling COVID-19 for several weeks, Steve was able to leave rehabilitation three weeks early and arrive home Monday evening.
