On Monday evening, the Roseau City Council discussed the Governor's latest executive order (2056) that allowed small businesses to open.

"But it kept the bars, restaurants and theaters closed. We're disappointed with that," said Mayor Jeff Pelowski afterwards.

"We also reinforced the point that as much as people and the council would like it, we don't have the authority to override an executive order by the governor."
