Roseau City Center to Stay Closed

Even before the virtual city council meeting on Tuesday, Mayor Jeff Pelowski weighed the pros and cons of opening the Roseau City Center.

"If there's a functional use for it, yeah. But if there's only a handful of people that potentially take advantage of it, you've got to do all the deep cleaning," he said, noting that it will be difficult to meet the six-foot social distancing requirement without restricting the public.
