Optimism rules at Roseau City Council meeting

Probably the best news discussed during Monday's virtual Roseau City Council meeting was that the cases of COVID-19 hadn't tripled to three cases.

While LifeCare Medical Center's Facebook page over the weekend had listed three cases, it has since reduced it to two cases in Roseau County.

Keith Okeson, the CEO of LifeCare Medical Center, confirmed on Tuesday that presently there are two cases in Roseau County.
