Casey Jon Kelly, Crookston, pled guilty to DWI and was fined $1,110. Local confinement of 365 days, stay 363 days for 4 years with four years of supervised probation. Had charges of refusal to submit to chemical test, disorderly conduct (2) and driving after revocation all dismissed.

Rebekka Dawn Thornton-Harrold, Peyton, Colo., pled guilty to theft by wrongfully obtaining assistance and was fined $75 with restitution of $5,740. Unsupervised monitoring without conviction for 5 years.
