On Monday morning, Roseau County Court Administrator Pam Shaw was taking everything in stride.

Prior to COVID-19, Monday mornings were almost the social event of the season as they filed through the Court Administration Office prior to their day in court in front of District Judge Donna Dixon.

All that has changed.

"We are holding more electronic hearings and, if people don't have the technology to get on an electronic hearing, then they can appear here," said Shaw, adding that if someone is asking for a hearing, it could take a while.
