On June 23, 2020 at approximately 1:02 p.m., the Roseau County Sheriff’s Deputies, along with the Greenbush Fire Department and Roseau LifeCare Ambulance were dispatched to the accident on County Road #23 North and West of the City of Greenbush.

The emergency personnel located the vehicle submerged in water with the female victim, 48 year-old Marisa Ann Rasmusson, still in the vehicle. Rasmusson was found unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other occupants in the vehicle.

The accident remains under investigation by the Roseau County Sheriff’s Office....
