On a chilly fall morning as the  dew is still soaking the grass, the orange army crawl out of their beds. Some of them struggle more than others, probably because they were still sitting around the fire when they saw the sun peeking over the horizon the second time that day. All of the hunters get up for the same reason, to get "The Big One."  It is not deer hunting that makes it special, it's being with my family and friends.  Some of them I only see sitting around the campfire. This is my favorite time of the year.
