Local Banker has the pulse of the community

On Monday at Citizens State Bank, President Robert J. Foley, the son of Banker Bob, didn't require a script or teleprompter to know which particular businesses are on the edge.

In 2002 following the Roseau flood, Banker Bob, then in his seventies, went from business to business, some of them with massive clean-up and renovation projects, and convinced the majority of the owners to never give up.

This pandemic isn't a flood, but it knocked some businesses for a financial loop.
