Schools can reopen depending on certain parameters

In order for Badger, Greenbush, Roseau, and Warroad school districts to go back to in-person learning on September 8, Roseau County must have less than 10 new cases of the coronavirus per 10,000 residents over a 14-day period.

This is the set-up under the "Learning Model Parameters" of the "Safe Learning Plan."

Gov. Walz on Thursday afternoon detailed how the "Safe Learning Plan" for Minnesota school districts will operate during the pandemic, which saw all schools conduct distance learning last March to the end of the school year.
