Warroad- Katherine Marie Phillipe passed away on August 1, 2020 at Edgewood Vista in East Grand Forks, at the age of 80. She was born on April 25, 1940 at Park River, N.D. to Palmer and Margaret (Levin) Odden. She grew up in Park River, attending school at Park River Elementary and Walsh County Ag School (WCAS). On August 17, 1957 she married Bob Phillipe in Thief River Falls, and they made their home near Warroad.
