The LifeCare Health Care Fund is calling for funding proposals for health care related programs, projects and services. The desired outcome for these grants is to enhance or improve the quality of health for the residents and visitors of the LifeCare Medical Center service area.
Grant requests for a variety of projects will be considered from qualified nonprofit organizations in LifeCare Medical Center’s service area. Proposals must address a health related project or program. Grant funds are available in the following categories:
General Endowment
Diabetes & Dialysis
Think Pink Breast Cancer Fund
Selection criteria will focus on how the project meets the LifeCare Health Care Fund’s mission “To build, strengthen and sustain healthy communities in our service area”. The deadline for submission of proposals is September 15, 2020. The grants will be awarded by November 2020.
