A week ago Friday, I punctured my right palm on a rusty nail while I was tearing down a lean-to with my favorite grandson named Nolan, who was doing the bulk of the bull work.

Immediately, the thought came to me of developing lockjaw and that is no good because I have mentioned to close friends that if I am dying to please put a big pinch of Copenhagen into my lower lip so I can die happy.
