FABIAN RESPONDS TO COMMERCE DEPARTMENT'S LINE 3 LAWSUIT

The Minnesota Department of Commerce announced Tuesday that they would once again appeal the certificate of need for the Enbrige Line 3 replacement project. The certificate of need was previously approved by the Public Utilities Commission, including Gov. Walz's own appointees.
