LSS continues to serve meals Monday - Friday 11- 12 noon. The menu is printed in the Roseau Times-Region weekly. You can call 463-1331 to reserve your meal to be picked up. There is no in-house dining at this time due to COVID-19. Please call in your reservation before 9:30 a.m. Meals-On-Wheels are delivered around 11:00 a.m. The food is catered by the Twin's Cafe in Badger.

A special thank you to the volunteers who bring the food to the center from the Twin's Cafe and deliver the Meals-On-Wheels.

Beltone Hearing will be at the center on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, September 9th and September 23rd. Please call Dan at 218-681-1193 to set up your appointment.

Donut Day will be Monday, September 8th. We hope to have another donut day in September. Watch for the announcement.

We look forward to the day when activities will be a part of the daily schedule at the center. WW {Weight Watchers), card groups, birthday luncheons, morning and afternoon coffee are just a few we miss.

The trip to Mackinac Island is scheduled for next year, Sunday-Saturday, September 19-25, 2021. For more information call 463-1331 and speak with Thora.

Four Seasons Senior Center will have the monthly open board meeting on Tuesday, September 8th at 9:00 a.m. Members are welcome to attend this meeting.

The center will be closed on Monday, September 7th - Labor Day. There will be no meals available that day.

Unique Boutique, our rummage room, is open Monday - Friday 9 - 1 p.m. If you want to shop or have items to donate, please wear a mask and come through the west door. If you want to donate items, please call 463-1331 first.

Our craft area is full of beautiful handmade pieces. Table runners, quilts, potholders, dish cloths, wall hangings and much, much more are on display.

The SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) exercise program continues to be on hold due to the pandemic. We hope all are finding time to exercise in your own ways. Stay safe and well.

The Board of Directors of Four Seasons Senior Center has voted to hold the annual meeting on Tuesday, October 13th at 9:00 a.m. There is no election needed at this time. Please let us know if you plan to attend by calling 463-1331 so that arrangements can be made for social distancing. Wearing a mask is required. A review of the year, including the shut-down of activities at the center since March 18th and a financial report of the past year will bring the membership up to date on the business of the center.
