This past Monday, Julie Pahlen, the director of Public Health for Roseau County, took a back seat to two of her nurse investigators at LifeCare Medical Center.
Joann Lambrides and Brooke Homstad are two of the four nurse investigators for Roseau County Public Health. COVID-19 testing is their area of expertise.
"If you get a positive test, you would be notified that you are positive, and then you would be given the instructions to go home, stay home, and isolate from other people for at least 10 days," said Joann Lambrides.
