This local Irish banker is upbeat about Roseau

Tyler Hovda, co-partner with his brother, Tanner, says business is good and the town is great.

Robert Foley Jr. knows the pulse of the community. Besides, he's more than a glass half full guy.

He's even happy when the Vikings are under .500 but are on a roll with three straight victories.

"Actually, things are going pretty good in Roseau. We've got two new businesses that are coming to town. The Tractor Supply Company has already opened up, and we've got O'Reilly Auto Parts coming soon," he said on Tuesday afternoon.

"I'm not sure if there is any vacant retail space up and down Main Street, which is really strange for a small town."
