Barbara Jean Welin, 82

Roseau- Barbara passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at the age of 82.

Barbara Jean Welin was born in Roseau on February 13, 1938 to Clark and Zora (Frost) Drown. She grew up in Roseau and attended school there.

Barb was a woman of strong Christian faith. Growing up she was a member of the United Methodist Church, teaching Sunday school and the annual Christmas programs. Later, after the Methodist church closed, she became a member of the Roseau Community Church where she was very active in Bible studies. She loved to knit, read, sew, and study the Bible.
