What better sport is there for social distancing than clay target shooting? With other fall sports uncertain, the Minnesota State High School Clay Target League began its 5 week season in September, running into mid-October. The modified fall schedule eliminated the usual pre-season practice sessions, so the team hit the ground running on September 14 with the first shoots fired being scored. Despite some challenges with the wind, the team had great weather for fall trap shooting. 37 RHS shooters shot 445 rounds (11,125 targets) with the good weather allowing time for extra practice....
