Wilsonville, Ore.- Marlys Mae (Olson) Benson, 80, of Wilsonville, Ore., passed away on December 7, 2020 at Legacy Meridian Hospital in Tualatin, Ore.

Marlys was born December 16, 1939 to Ralph and Hannah Olson in Wannaska. She went to grade school in Wannaska and graduated from Roseau High School in 1957. She continued her education at Normal school in Thief River Falls and taught 6-8 grade at the Gatzke school until she married Charles Benson in 1963.

In marriage, she moved to Minot, N.D. and then lived in several other states due to job transfers for Charles. Her last move was to Wilson...
