There's no reprieve or slowing down for Julie Pahlen, the Public Health Director for Roseau County.

The pandemic doesn't take a day off, and neither does the team she leads.

"What we're focusing on at Public Health is implementing the new quarantine guidelines," she said, noting that there are now new guidelines.

"If somebody has a positive Covid family member in their household, they have to continue to quarantine for 14 days. There's no change in that. It's still the gold standard to quarantine for 14 days if you are a close contact."
