Wichita, Kan.- John Willis Otto, 69, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2020 at his home in Wichita, Kan.

John Willis Otto was born in Roseau on July 9, 1950 to LeRay G. and Dorothy (Grahm) Otto. He was their youngest child and joined 5 brothers and 4 sisters where they lived on the family farm in Badger.

He attended school in Badger, graduating with the class of 1968. During his high school years he enjoyed playing football for the Badger Rockets.

After graduation he was employed in Minneapolis for a few years and then moved to Arlington, Wash. to be near his brothers.
