All my life I have kept track of the people who did very bad things in the past year - like forgetting my birthday or trying to run me over.

Additionally, there are any number of knuckleheads, who make the news or try to display their ignorance in print.

And so today, in the spirit of Scrooge, it is the proper time to single out those individuals who will shortly receive their lumps of coal for whatever reasons.
