By the time most of you read this my 22-year tenure as your Mayor will have come to an end. Over those many years we, as a community, have seen our fair share of ups & downs, (mostly "ups" I hope). I surely have learned a lot representing the fine people of Roseau; in particular, that hard work, determination, and perseverance ultimately prevails over adversity. It will be no different as we continue to wade through the chaotic situation we are currently dealing with.
