LifeCare Medical Center has signed a purchase agreement of the former Dollar Savers Building in Warroad with the intent to renovate and become a community wellness center.

“We have solidified the purchase of the building and are now ready to move forward with design and planning of a new Warroad wellness facility,” says Shannon Carlson, Chief Operating Officer at LifeCare Medical Center. “We started working with the owner of the 13,000 square foot building prior to the pandemic, and because of the health crisis, advancement on the purchase was delayed,” says Carlson.
